Our constitution

Our club constitution outlines the functions and rules under which we will operate and clarifies how club procedures work. The constitution, together with our club polices help the smooth running of the club.

Our strategy

After more than three years in existence, Falkirk Junior Bike Club took time to pause and reflect on how far we have travelled, where we were as a club, and where we wanted to get too in the future.

Having a clear strategy is a crucial part of this.

Project 2020

This is our first ever discipline plan for the year, it outlines our plans under each of our core disciplines, and notes what we will be doing in other areas to support riders to progress and find their strengths in the sport. This has come out of our club strategy, as we enter the first year of delivery after going live in December last year. I have summarised this in the attached PDF

AGM

We hold our AGM each year where the club reports on the previous years activities and proposes/adopts any new policies and procedures in relation to the running of the club. Anyone associated with members of the club are encouraged to attend.
